A few weeks ago, Trey Canard went down hard while practicing for the upcoming 2012 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series and broke his collarbone. Most thought there was no chance the #41 would be at Anaheim I for the opener, but Trey went on to have surgery and have his collarbone plated, and because Broc Tickle was able to race just two weeks after the same surgery in 2011, speculation on whether or not Trey will be at A1 has been everywhere.

To add to the speculation, Trey began riding again on Tuesday out at Lake Elsinore MX Park and, by all accounts, looked as fast as ever. We’re not sure if he will be on the line at Anaheim I or if it’s even in his best interest to do so, but what we can say is that he looks great on the Factory Honda in just his first day on the bike. Good luck either way, Trey.
