Yesterday, we reported that Ryan “Ryno” Hughes crashed hard at Pala and was rushed to the hospital with a broken back at levels T3 and T4. Well, last night, Ryno was rushed into surgery, and we are hearing that things went well. Ryan has full motion in all extremities and is expected to make a full recovery. It will most definitely take more than a broken back to keep Ryno off a dirt bike, so despite what he says in his tweets below, we expect to see him back on a bike by Sunday–okay, probably not this Sunday, but a Sunday in the near future.
Get well soon Ryno.
