Race Tech is excited to announce that they have teamed up to provide Gold Valves and suspension tuning support to the K1 Speed/BWR Engines/SSi Decals Team for the rest of the 2015 Supercross season and beyond. Team riders Brady Kiesel (#89 – 250SX East), Joey Dalzell (#243 – 250SX West), Kyle White (#291 – 250SX West, 450SX East), and Bubba Pauli (#282, 250SX East) will be aboard BWR/Race Tech tuned suspension.

The K1 Speed/BWR/SSi Decals team has produced multiple wins and championships in the AMA Amsoil Arenacross Series before debuting in Supercross in 2015.

“As soon as we put the Gold Valves in, my setup felt amazing. We didn’t make any clicker or valving changes! It makes it so much easier for me to go faster, is great in the whoops, and feels plush yet holds itself up at the same time without ever bottoming,” said Brady Kiesel, rider for Team K1 Speed/BWR/SSi Decals.

“My BWR/Race Tech setup is great. With the Gold Valves we were able to get it plush yet firm all the way through the stroke. There are no harsh spots at all, and it is allowing me to take my riding to the next level,” said team rider Joey Dalzell.

Kyle White requires a plush setup since suffering a wrist injury last season, but finding a balance that was plush enough for the wrist but stiff enough not to bottom in Supercross was a challenge before trying Gold Valves. “My Gold Valve setup actually feels softer initially on my wrist, but is in fact stiffer. I’m able to run the stiffer setup I need with the plush feel. I can now seat bounce with increased confidence and my bike tracks the ground really well in flat corners. It’s amazing in the whoops, as long as I stay in the throttle it just goes through them,” stated Kyle White.

Brian White, the team’s Crew Chief runs a successful performance shop in the Midwest and is always striving to provide the most competitive equipment for their riders. White began working alongside Race Tech’s team of technicians to take his program to a new level.

“I am most excited about having access to the equipment, experience, and knowledge Race Tech has to offer. They have a whole team of resources and a massive database of settings for me to utilize as well. The riders have all commented on the improved initial plushness from the Gold Valves allowing them to settle into the corners, hold a line better, and get through the chop smoothly,” said the team’s Crew Chief, Brian White.

Race Tech is equally as excited to be working with BWR. “The team and Brian’s shop is based out of Illinois just down the road from where Rob Brown (Race Tech’s Head of R&D) had his previous performance shop, so we’ve been aware of the BWR program for awhile. BWR does a great job, and always puts their best foot forward to give their privateer riders a competitive platform. It is exciting to get to work alongside the team to add to their resources and support. Brian at BWR is also setup as a Race Tech dealer, so after the Supercross season he’ll be able to share the advancements in the program with all of the riders in that region,” said Race Tech’s Director of Marketing, Chris Riesenberg.
