After winning the XC2 GNCC Championship in 2012 Jason Thomas moved up to the XC1 class in 2013 but suffered injuries that held him back from being able to compete to his full potential in that class. In 2015, Jason made the unpopular choice to drop back down to the XC2 class to make a living and race in what could be his final season in the GNCC series.
