As you all know by now, the FIM have suspended James Stewart for 16 months for failing a W.A.D.A. drug test at the 2014 Seattle Supercross. James later appealed the suspension, but the #7 was denied reinstatement for the 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The way it sits now, James will not be eligible to line up until the final two outdoor nationals, but we will likely not see James at a race until the Red Bull Straight Rhythm event in October.

Today, the FIM released twenty pages of James’ case file to the public. You can read the documents by clicking here.
