At the 2015 Las Vegas Supercross, Star Racing/Yamalube/Yamaha rider Cooper Webb finished off his 2015 Western Regional 250SX Championship season by injuring his ankle during qualifying for the East/West Shootout. Then last weekend at the 2015 Hangtown National, the #17 suffered two torn ligaments and another ankle sprain during the second moto after finishing a solid third in the opening moto.

Unfortunately, the injury sustained at Hangtown will force the 250MX Championship favorite to the sidelines for at least the next four rounds of the 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship beginning this weekend at Glen Helen. Cooper made a public announcement on Thursday via his @cooperwebb_17 Instagram account and said he hopes to be back for round six at Budds Creek. You can read his post below.
