Jimmy has fought his way back again.

With RJ Hampshire sidelined indefinitely from a head injury sustained at the Red Bull Straight Rhythm event, GEICO/Honda looked to Jimmy Decotis to fill the vacant spot. This will be Jimmy’s big second chance with the powerful, factory-backed GEICO/Honda squad and a second chance at taking his game to the next level.

Jimmy is currently riding for the Penrite Honda Racing in Australia, and is leading the way in the SX2 class of the 2015 Australian Supercross Championship. We look forward to seeing “The Rippa” from the Northeast back in the scene aboard a top tier motorcycle. Congrats to Jimmy D!

You can check out GEICO/Honda’s Instagram post welcoming Jimmy to the team below.

Can you name this rider? We are so happy to have @jimmydecotis on our 250 for the 2016 SX season!
