The 2016 MXGP Motocross World Championship series has increased their presents in the United States with the Monster Energy backed MXGP of Americas on September 3rd and MXGP of USA on September 11th, but the question still remains, which American stars will line up? Last year, none of the top three 450 riders lined up at Glen Helen, Davi Millsaps, Cooper Webb, Josh Grant and Jason Anderson all represented us well in the MXGP.

With Monster Energy backing both of the 2016 events, some of the buzz has been around whether or not Monster Energy / Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac will line up and that question was answered today. Eli sent out a post on Instagram saying “Excited to add the @monsterenergy @mxgp events that are coming stateside in September to the 2016 race calendar.” Now we will wait to see who else joins the party, but with Red Bull / KTM’s Ryan Dungey sidelined, the #3 is America’s best hope to take down the MXGP stars of the World Championship series.

We will leave you with, USA, USA, USA!
