MXGP will return to action this weekend, with the sixteenth round of eighteen taking place at the Dutch TT Circuit, in Assen, The Netherlands, where the Flying Dutchman, Jeffrey Herlings, will be back on the line in MX2, which is bound to create an insane atmosphere in the grandstands.
Tim Gajser’s Slovenian following will also be on edge this weekend with the possibility that their nineteen-year-old rookie will be able to wrap up the title in the premier class, MXGP. How close is it? It’s a two horse race this weekend. If Antonio Cairoli finishes with equal, or more, points than Gajser, the title will not be won. Gajser needs to finish in front of Cairoli for it to be won this weekend.
