After the Fiat Professional MXGP of France qualifying press conference the Sport Director of Supercross de Paris, Mr. Xavier Audouard along with Motocross Promoter and Supercross de Paris partner Mr. Eric Peronnard were on stage to present the first invitation of ‘Paris Supercross’ which is taking place on November 18th and 19th in a completely brand new stadium in La Defence, the business area of Paris.

The Stadium, called U Arena, is still under construction and will be inaugurated in October 2017 with a concert by the famous Rolling Stones. France is a very passionate country for off road Motorsports and the Fiat Professional MXGP of France is a good example of its enthusiasm as well as the Supercross de Paris.

Mr. Xavier Audouard said: “I’m sure everybody here is familiar with what we have called Bercy Supercross for 30 years and what I wish to introduce here is the next level of this event, the new arena which will host this event from now on. It’s an honor to bring the Supercross atmosphere into this new arena. Another novelty is the system the Stadium will use to project the images instead of the usual screen, this new technology allows to project the images on a bigger wall and with the same quality of the screens. The quality of the show will be very high. What we’ve been dreaming of for years is going to happen this year.”

Mr. Eric Peronnard continued: “This new arena is something unique, I visited it yesterday and it surprised me in a very positive way. I was very pumped, inside you have a fantastic Supercross track, outside one the most beautiful cities in the world, this is really worth looking forward to. ”

As the 2017 line up will be announced soon, Mr. Xavier Audouard concluded underlining the fact the Stadium is at the moment the star of the Supercross de Paris.
