Two decades ago on a hot July day in Unadilla, Jeff Emig showed up in a black cotton jersey and camo race pants. Determined to set the tone for the season he went out and decimated the field going 1-1 on the day in convincing fashion. Years later we pay homage to this day and the rest of Jeff’s 1997 outdoor season where he dominated the series to take his second consecutive 250 AMA MX title. Thanks for an amazing 20 years, Jeff.
