Winner of the first night at the Paris Supercross yesterday, Marvin Musquin got another overall win tonight in the new U Arena and is the new King of Paris. He beats Americans Cole Seely and Dean Wilson, while Yannis Irsuti won the SX2 class and beats Thomas Do and American Tyler Bowers.
Back in Paris the Supercross reached a huge success, as 40000 fans came in this new stadium to enjoy racing and also a great FMX show. Once more Marvin got great starts in all the races, but he missed again the ‘grand slam’ as Cole Seely won one of the sprint race. Cole was the main rival of the Frenchie, and he pushed his rival during the first laps of the main event but finally didn’t beat him. “The track was really demanding and with strong rivals such as Seely, Osborne and Wilson I had to stay focus to win the race. I’m delighted to win here as the fans were amazing in Paris, and I want to thanks all the people who organize this event,” said Marvin who share his success with his fans.
At the overall classification, he beats three of his usual rivals in the US series: Cole Seely, Dean Wilson and Zach Osborne. Fifth and sixth, Cedric Soubeyras and Fabien Izoird joined Musquin to celebrate the French win in the team’s classification, while another American won the SX2 race tonight. Tyler Bowers beats Thomas Do and Yannis Irsuti, who is the new Prince of Paris and remains leader of the French series.
With his huge size the U Arena was a perfect stadium for the Freestyle riders, who did an amazing show; Josh Sheehan did a double back flip for the first time in France, while Josh Sheehan did a front flip and won the contest.
