This continues to be the strangest season in SX history—also brutal with injuries in the 450 class—and ranking riders has been very difficult. While Eli Tomac is way behind Jason Anderson in the points,  he has become our unanimous #1 based on his recent dominance. Photo by: Chase Yocom

Each and every week, Chris Cooksey and Dan Lamb will list their top ten power rankings for the 450SX class and the 250SX class in Monster Energy Supercross. The lists are based on results, health, speed, fitness, consistency during the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross series and the style of track the riders will be facing this upcoming weekend. The points have some weight in the list, but it is just one of many factors.

This is our top 10 “Power Rankings” heading into the 2018 Atlanta SX, and round two of the “Triple Crown” series.
