Troy Lee Designs / KTM’s Alex Martin with miss the first of two 250SX East / West Shootouts this weekend at the 2018 Indianapolis SX. “Unfortunately Alex Martin will be missing this weekends East/West Shootout in Indy,” the TLD team said from their @tld_raceteam Instagram today. “Alex is still healing up from his wrist injury he sustained during San Diego SX.”
Alex has already missed three out of the first six rounds of the Western Regional 250SX Championship and only has 21-points so far in 2018. It sounds like Alex may still try to return for SX, but with just Seattle, Salt Lake and Las Vegas remaining, it may be a better plan to sit out and prepare for the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.
