Monster Energy / Kawasaki’s Josh Grant has been sidelined with a broken tibia in his right leg since a crash at the 2018 Arlington SX. The #33 was expected to make his return to racing this weekend at Hagtown—opening round of the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship—but the team just sent out an update from Instagram saying that the #33 is still recovering. Check out the team’s update below.

Josh Grant will not compete at the opening rounds of the Pro Motocross Championship while he continues to recover from earlier injuries. Grant fractured his right leg at Round 7 of the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross season and underwent surgery. After being re-evaluated this morning, it was determined the injury requires additional time to heal. Grant will return to racing as soon as possible.
