Photo by R. Archer The Honda World Racing team, with Rui Goncalves and Evgeny Bobryshev, have been ripping holeshots all year long. Here Rui is the man leading the way through turn one at Uddevalla. Photo by Youthstream Steven Frossard rode like a man possessed at Uddevalla and was able to score the first perfect day of his career. With his 1-1 score in Sweden, he left Uddevalla third in the points and only twenty-two points behind Cairoli. Steven is a real threat for the MX1 World title. Photo by Youthstream Desalle had a day he would like to forget in Sweden. Despite a recent shoulder injury and a couple of crashes, Clement still salvaged twenty-seven points and a seventh overall at Uddevalla. He now sits second in the points, ten behind Cairoli. Photo by Youthstream Cairoli now has the red plate for the first time in 2011. He heads to Germany with a ten-point lead over Desalle in the World Championship. Photo by R. Archer Bobryshev has been one of many great surprises in 2011. The big Russian scored another solid podium in Sweden going 2-4 for second overall. Photo by Youthstream Big Ken finally decided it was time to step it up at Uddevalla. With Ken, you never know who's going to show up, and the aggressive fast Ken was on the track Sunday. In the end, he finished with his best ride of 2011 with a fourth overall. Photo by Youthstream Ken Roczen was back on pace at Uddevalla. The young superstar ran away with two big wins and stretched his lead in the Championship-points race. Photo by R. Archer The MX2 guys battling for position in Uddevalla. Photo by R. Archer Paulin has been a podium machine in 2011 and scored his fifth one in a row in Sweden. The problem for Paulin seems to be finding enough pace to challenge Roczen for wins. He now sits fourth in the Championship, but a massive 75 points behind Roczen. Photo by Youthstream vanHorebeek, in his first race back since Bulgaria, scored an impressive seventh overall. We expect him to be back up to pace soon and battling at the front of the pack. Photo by R. Archer Max Anstie was looking like a man on a mission in Sweden. Max had been struggling over the last few rounds, but his fourth overall in Sweden should help in getting him back on track. Photo by Youthstream Jeffrey finished second overall and left Sweden fourteen behind his teammate Ken Roczen in the MX2 World Championship. Jeffrey has been the most consistent man in the class, but needs to step it up a little to be able to match Ken's speed and possibly win the World Championship. Photo by R. Archer Ken left Uddevalla fourteen points in front, and with his home GP coming up next week, he has to feel good about his 2011 World Championship campaign. Photo by R. Archer Tommy Searle's MX2 Championship hopes have dwindled after a crash and a mechanical problem resulted in a moto one DNF in Uddevalla. Tommy came out in moto two and scored a fourth, but with the DNF, left Sweden sixty-five points behind Ken Roczen.
