It looks like all of the speculation is over. Trey Canard will not race the Anaheim I opener of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series on Saturday night. With his collarbone broken only a few weeks ago, Trey has decided that sitting out a race or two would be the best decision for his long term health. We hope to see him back and 100% healthy soon.
Trey broke the news on Twitter with this tweet:
@TreyCanard: “Alrighty folks, I will not be racing A1. As much as it bums me out to say that. I believe that is the best call at this time.”
