If there is one man that this sport will truly miss when he is gone, it is the #14 GEICO Powersports/Honda of Kevin Windham. The man they call K’dub has been synonymous with entertainment since entering the supercross scene way back in 1995, and he has taken that entertainment to a new level each and every year.

For years, it was all about the K’dub front-wheel wheelie during opening ceremonies, but with that becoming stale, Windham decided it was time to show off his ability to create transfer jumps out of Supercross tracks. Now each week, K’dub–with the lights out and a spotlight in his eyes–thrills the crowd to huge transfers, and they never seem to get old.

In Anaheim last weekend, K’dub went huge. He said afterwards that it was a scary one. Amanda Woods from Supercross.com caught up with Kevin after Anaheim 2 where he had busted out a 90-100ft transfer, asked him about the jump and about how he is feeling as he progresses through his eighteenth season as a professional racer. Check out the interview below.

Also if you missed it before here is a couple videos of K’dubs Anaheim 2 transfer.
