With Mantova and Valence this weekend things will really hot up the following weekend when the Internazional D’Italia Motocross Campionati takes places at the beautiful Montevarchi circuit. With the complete Red Bull KTM Factory team involved and also the Monster Energy Yamaha team there are sure to be fireworks. Here is a press release from the organizers.
The beginning of the season is imminent, and promises the highest level: we will start from Montevarchi on February 26th , then a week later on March 4th Arco di Trento, then on 11th March will be the round in Castiglione del Lago (PG), and a beautiful epilogue to Gazzane di Preseglie(BS) on March 25th.
These are the stages of the most prestigious Motocross Championship which takes place on the Italian territory Montevarchi is the “first” real opportunity for a comparison for almost all the likely protagonists in the Motocross’s World panorama, from there you start to get serious because we are up for grabs 150,000.00 EURO and a priority boarding flight to the Motocross World Championship.
The list of the participants is very high level, just think about the present official factory teams, including KTM, Yamaha, Husqvarna, TM.
For a close comparison, both in terms of mental and athletic, are therefore expected Cairoli, Philippaerts, Frossard, Herlings, Van Horebeek, Charlier, Tonkov, Triest, Tixier, and are adding these other players.
In the fight we hope you can also enter our best national riders, many and many with the right skills to draw attention to themselves. While the 125 cc. 2T is fantastic for what will be competitive and uncertain, with more than 80 participants. We confirm the excellent condition of Miravalle, the track of the Moto Club Brilli Peri was only grazed by snow and is almost ready to Race “conformation”.
All were ready to take the field to repeat the success of the public in 2011, where they were recorded over 35,000 total spectators.
