GEICO Powersports/Honda veteran Kevin Windham went down hard Saturday night at the Houston Supercross while battling with JGR/Yamaha’s James Stewart for a heat race win. K’dub sat out the rest of the show, complaining of a thumb and collarbone injury. He got x-rays at the track, and the early word is that there are no broken bones for the thirty-four year old, but he will be getting more x-rays later this week. 2012 may go down in history as the most brutal year in Supercross history.
