At the 2015 Detroit Supercross, Honda Racing’s Trey Canard landed on Tedder Racing’s Jake Weimer and both suffered broken arms in the crash. Two weeks ago, Trey had a successful surgery to repair his broken radius bone and today he showed off the battle wound that went with it from his @TreyCanard Instagram account. It’s pretty incredible what doctors can do these days and even more incredible that, even with the staple job Trey shows off in this picture, we expect to see the #41 on the line on May 16 for the 2015 Hangtown National. The staples come out tomorrow, and it won’t be long before Trey’s ripping up the red clay at his Oklahoma home.
