Jeffrey Herlings crashed today during the MX2 qualification race at the 2015 MXGP of Czech Republic, and to add insult to injury, he was mowed down by Jordi Tixier while on the ground. Reports are scarce on the Dutchman’s injuries, but our friends over at MXLarge.com are reporting it to be a leg or hip injury. It is amazing how much the former MX2 World Champion has gone through lately, but we know the kid will be back.

Even after scoring zero points in six motos this year, the #84 still leads the MX2 World Championship by 46 points heading into tomorrow’s MXGP in Loket. If Jeffrey doesn’t have any broken bones, he will probably limp to the starting line tomorrow. We will update you when we get more information.
