Round three of the 2016 Eastern Regional 250SX Championship is officially in the books, and Troy Lee Designs / KTM’s Justin Hill crossed the line with his second career win. Lil’ Hill was joined on the podium by Star Racing / Yamaha’s Jeremy Martin and MAD Racing / Suzuki’s Matt Bisceglia.
