Christophe Pourcel Injury Update – Out for Detroit

Last weekend, we thought that Rockstar / Husqvarna’s Christophe Pourcel missed the 2016 Toronto SX due to an immigration paperwork problem, but unfortunately the Frenchman is legitimately injured. The #377 sent out an x-ray and an update yesterday from his @CP377 Instagram account to squash the rumors and to confirm that he will be missing this weekend’s race.

Just to update everyone, I will be missing Detroit SX this weekend. Doctors orders to sit this one out, but we are hopeful for a return in Santa Clara. I fractured a large piece of my C3 vertebrae in a practice crash last week and it needs more time to heal.
