Alex Frye Injured – Out for Season

As the season wears on, the injuries grow. We just learned today that Troy Lee Designs / KTM’s Alex Frye had a practice crash, blew out his ACL and will miss the remainder of the 2016 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. Alex won “Rookie of the Year” honors in the 2016 Monster Energy Supercross series and was currently 15th in the 250MX Championship. We wish the #128 a speedy recovery.

Alex Frye had a big get off this week while practicing for this weeks Lakewood National resulting in a torn ACL along with additional torn ligaments. Alex is scheduled to have full reconstructive knee surgery within the next week and will unfortunately miss the remainder of the outdoor season. Everyone here at TLD wishes Alex a speedy recovery, and we will keep you posted as Alex rehabilitates his knee and prepares for next year.
