The defending FIM Motocross World Champion, Antonio Cairoli, will continue his MXGP racing career for at least this year and two more seasons with the Red Bull / KTM squad in Europe. “Cairoli signs up for 2019 and 2020,” announced KTM from Twitter. “MXGP number one and nine times MX World Champion, Antonio Cairoli, will be part of Red Bull KTM for the next two Grand Prix seasons after signing a contract extension in Rome on Thursday.”

At 32 years-young the Italian is no spring chicken, but we expect the Italian to try everything he can to surpass Stefan Everts record 10 World Championships.
