After qualifying 1st on pole and finish second in the opening moto on Saturday night’s 2018 Atlanta SX “Triple Crown,” Monster Energy / Star Racing / Yamaha’s Dylan Ferrandis was tossed off his Yamaha over the triple during the second moto. Dylan was not able to return and he just updated everyone on his condition from his @DylanFerrandis Instagram account.

“Had a bad crash at Atlanta supercross,” Dylan said. “Hit a tuff blocks at the take off of a triple—broken arm and broken teeth, don’t know yet about my jaw. Quick stop to France to get big check up and surgeries…” This is unfortunately going to halt all the positive momentum Dylan had picked up with his podium in Tampa. We wish Dylan a speedy recovery and will hope to see him back in time for the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.
