There’s no better time to follow Chad Reed than when he is on the hunt for a new team. If there’s any rider in the world that could give a class on how to manage your social media accounts, it’s Chad. Today, the unemployed future Hall of Fame rider sent out an Instagram post with a pic of himself testing the Autotrader / JGR / Factory Suzuki bike. “In our sport every rider tests for different teams it’s just always private because of contract obligations, Chad said from his @CRTwoTwo Instagram account. “Today I’m in a unique position of no manufacturer contract. So today I’ll try share my fun experience testing the factory @JGRMX bike.”

Chad made it clear a few weeks ago that he will retire from racing if he cannot find a team to back him in 2019. The former two-time Supercross Champ also made it clear that he very much wants to race. JGR is one of the only factory teams with an available spot for the #22 in 2019 so hopefully this works out. We will update you if we get more information, but your best bet is to follow @CRTwoTwo himself on Instagram.
