While running eighth during the 450 main event at the 2019 Daytona SX, Aaron Plessinger made a big mistake in one of the rhythm sections and was forced to eject from his factory Monster Energy / Yamaha 450. The #7 immediately got to his feet, but it was apparent that he injured something in the lower part of his right leg, and he was not able to reenter the race.

After the crash, AP was X-Rayed by the Alpinestars Mobile Medical team at the track and it sounds like we have lost the #7 Yamaha at least until outdoors. “Well.. as everyone seen I had a little get off in the main tonight,” Aaron said from his Instagram account. “Ended up breaking my heel. Not much info right now just xrays but I’ll keep y’all updated. Thanks for the love and support!”
