During qualifying at the Anaheim 1 SX, Austin Forkner went down hard in the whoops and for a brief moment, his season looked in question. After laying there for a while and being checked out by the medics, he walked off under his own power. Austin later came back to make the main easily and finished 3rd in the main only to be docked 2 positions for cutting the track.
