Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki’s Austin Forkner‘s career has seen some big lows and massive highs, and his 2020 Glendale SX was a win that could be just the high he needed to carry him to that elusive first 250SX Western Regional Championship. The #52 came into round 4 at Glendale with a 22 point mountain of a deficit to climb in the championship after a crash and a 17th place finish at Anaheim 2 and he left Arizona with a huge win and just a 10 point molehill. It was a huge night for Austin’s confidence—going 1-1-3 for the overall—and with seven rounds to go, he put himself in a great spot moving forward.

After the racing was over, Cooksey Media owner and MotoXAddicts contributor, Chris Cooksey, caught up with Austin after the press conference to talk about his “Triple Crown” performance and what it means moving forward. Check out their conversation below. subscribe to his new Youtube channel.
