On the last lap of the 2020 Oakland SX, the old friends Ken Roczen and Cooper Webb found each other again battling for a prime podium position in the final turn of a Supercross main event and Cooper once again got the better of the deal. The two collided in the corner and Webb grabbed the second spot on the podium, while Roczen found himself needing assistance getting up to the third spot on the box due to injuring his foot in the collision.

Kenny sent out this picture of his foot on Sunday night.

Since Sunday night, there had been no update on Kenny’s prognosis since getting his foot x-rayed on Monday, but today the HRC / Factory Honda team sent out this update: “Team Honda HRC’s Ken Roczen is ready to rock for San Diego! He had his right foot checked out on Monday following the Oakland SX and was given the green light that there was no serious damage. He’s been doing therapy throughout the week to alleviate swelling and pain. He rode today and was feeling great! Lets keep the momentum going.”

This is great news for Kenny. The #94 is still displayed over the red background heading into San Diego and he carries a 3 point lead over Eli Tomac heading into round 6 of the Monster Energy Supercross series this weekend. Kenny has won 2 of the last 4 main events and is currently on a four-race podium streak. With Cooper Webb joining the fight at the front last Saturday night, this is only going to get better.

Check out Honda’s Instagram post from today below. You would think there would be a red plate on that Honda if he was hammering the whoops recently. Just sayin?
