As always Austin Forkner took time to chat with the media, most of these guys run for the door when things don’t go their way. Forkner was tired and disappointed but unlike 450 riders Cooper Webb and Blake Baggett he stayed and answered questions like a true professional. Austin seemed frustrated that he could ride so well and not come away with a victory—his lap times were on par with the top 450 racers.
