Motocross Action Magazine was able to spin a ton of laps on the 2020 Yamaha YZ125. Yamaha is the last Japanese manufacturer to continue their two-stroke program. The YZ is not updated beyond its bold new graphics but we still love this bike. The SSS suspension is great and the engine is easy to ride. With the development and R&D money still going into the Austrian brands, the Yamaha’s competitiveness against other 125s decreases. With that said, the Yamaha still has its place in the 2 stroke world and as long as they make one we will continue to test them.
