Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Romain Febvre is very much a rider who can take it to Red Bull KTM factory rider Jeffrey Herlings and HRC factory rider Tim Gajser. A former World MXGP champion and multiple GP winner, Febvre came close to winning the Latvian Grand Prix in 2019, finishing on equal points to Tim Gajser, but missing out on a weaker second moto. The Frenchman goes into this year’s Kegums event with a lot of motivation and full fitness. so don’t be surprised to see him on the podium somewhere during the week-long Latvian challenge.
