After starting 2020 season injured and going on to have a solid rebuilding year that ended with a podium finish at the Monster Energy Supercross season finale, Dean Wilson will return in 2021 on factory equipment under the Rockstar Energy / Husqvarna tent. The #15 was given a one-year contract extension and if he can stay healthy—crossing fingers—he can definitely build on his momentum from ’20. Unfortunately, Deano announced his contract extension and a big crash in the same social media post, but it sounds like it is not too big of an issue.

Congrats to Deano on the jog security and I hope COVID gets lost, he stays healthy the rest of the MX season and we can see him at Anaheim 1 in ’21. You can check out Deano’s Instagram post with his announcement below.

Today was tough. Struggling from my crash last weekend as I tweaked my knee but thanks to @teamdrg for going above and beyond to help me today. I know my results sucked but hoping my knee feels better for Monday. On other news I’m really excited to re-sign with the @rockstarhusky team for 2021. Looking forward forward to a solid year next year with a proper good off season💪🏽 . . . @rockstarenergy @husqvarnamotorcyclesusa @onealracing @artificialgrassliquidators @ride100percent @alpinestars @lululemon @gopro @ethika @iamspecialized @ctikneebraces @polarusa @ridecalifornia @superkels @motopartstrader @thadmerz @dillongeorgian @sarahvanicek 📷-
