Red Bull / KTM’s Cooper Webb has historically just been okay at laying down fast qualifying laps, but over the last few races the former 450SX Champ has been laying it down during qualifying. That speed has translated into results of 1-1-2 over the last three rounds and just a 2-point deficit to Ken Roczen in the hunt for the 2021 450SX title.
In the first qualifying session today, Cooper laid down the fastest overall lap and you can watch what that looks like in the video of a lap with the #2 below.
