Tonight, during the first 450SX Semi Qualifier at the 2015 Detroit Supercross, Tedder Racing’s Jake Weimer made a small mistake through the rhythm section, and Honda Racing’s Trey Canard landed right on Jake’s Kawasaki. Both riders hit the ground with massive force, and with the red flag waving, neither moved from where they landed for quite some time. Word has been circulating that Trey Canard broke his collar bone in a crash this week while preparing for the upcoming 2012 AMA Supercross series aboard his Factory Honda. At this point, there is no official word from the Honda camp, so the extent of the injury or the timeframe for recovery are unknown. We are hoping for the best for the Oklahoma kid and will bring you updates at MotoXAddicts as we get them.
